Althea Group Holdings Limited is engaged in the manufacturing, sales and distribution of recreational cannabis products and cannabis-based medicines. The Company operates through three business units: Althea, MyAccess Clinics and Peak Processing Solutions. Althea and MyAccess Clinics service the international pharmaceutical cannabis market, whilst Peak Processing Solutions operates in the federally legal Canadian recreational cannabis market. The Company’s segments include the international pharmaceutical segment (Pharmaceutical Cannabis), the Canadian recreational segment (Recreational Cannabis) and the shared corporate services (Corporate). The Pharmaceutical Cannabis includes Althea, a brand of cannabis-based medicine. The Company’s Recreational Cannabis segment includes Peak Processing Solutions (Peak), a contract manufacturing organization which works with consumer-packaged goods companies to develop, manufacture, and distribute recreational cannabis products.
