The Company, with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the agricultural sector, providing it with sustainable energy, certification and software. It operates through two segments: Energy and Agricultural Software. The Energy segment comprises DGB Energie, a supplier of gas and electricity out of biomass, Agri Solar, a supplier of solar panels, and Energie Servicebedrijf Nederland (ESN), an energy consultant and certified solar panel installer. The Agricultural Software segment includes De Groene Belangenbehartiger (DGB), a certification body for animal husbandry, DGBase, a database administrator for registration of farm animals, Corilus Veterinary, a provider of software for veterinary practices, Producert, a certification body for the food-producing sector, Degrosolutions, a software developer focused on the agricultural and energy sectors, and Argus, a debt collection specialist.
