Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (the Trust), formerly Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust, is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Trust is focused on investing in a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties. The Trust’s investment strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of properties used predominantly for logistics or industrial purposes located globally, or commercial purposes or business park purposes located in the Asia-Pacific region or in Europe. Its portfolio comprises of approximately 99 industrial and commercial properties across Australia, Germany, Singapore, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The Trust's manager is Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd.
