New Age Exploration Limited (NAE) is a globally diversified minerals and metals exploration and development company focused on gold and lithium projects. The Company’s key activities are advancing its gold and lithium exploration projects in the Pilbara district of Western Australia and in Otago, New Zealand. It owns a tenement package of approximately 1893 square kilometers in the tier one mining centers of the Central and Eastern Pilbara districts of Western Australia. Its Wagyu Gold Project is located in the gold region of the Central Pilbara adjoining tenure operated by De Grey Mining. Its Lammerlaw Gold Exploration Project covers a large 265 square kilometers area in the Lammerlaw Ranges. The Otago Pioneer Quartz (OPQ) Gold Exploration Project is located on NAE Exploration Permit 60502, in the Central Otago Schist Belt. The Marlborough project comprises mineral prospecting permit 60725.01 that covers 499 square kilometers of the Marlborough Schist Belt.
