Profile Summary
Ronin Resources Limited is focused on the evaluation and assessment of the Vetas and Santa Rosa Projects in Colombia and the Hornby Lake Lithium Project located in Ontario Bay, Canada. The Vetas Project is the Company’s primary focus and is a large, high-grade, thermal coal project containing a JORC compliant exploration target. The Vetas Project’s tenure consists of a mining contract and mining contract applications. The Vetas Project is located about 50 kilometers (km) north of the town of Tibu, Norte de Santander in northeast Colombia. The Santa Rosa Project consists of three mining license applications located in the foothills of the Serrania de San Lucas, Municipality of Santa Rosa Sur, Department of Bolivar in northern Colombia. The Hornby Lake Lithium Project is located in North-western Ontario, Canada, about 15 km west of Frontier Lithium Inc’s PAK and Spark lithium projects and comprises about 622 active mineral claims covering an area of approximately 123 square kilometers.
