Volt Lithium Corp. is a Canada-based lithium development and technology company. The Company focuses on being a commercial producer of lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonates from oilfield brine. The Company focuses on leveraging its direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology to extract lithium deposits from established wells, supporting the clean energy transition. The Company is developing its lithium project in the area of Rainbow Lake, in Northwest Alberta (the Rainbow Lake Lithium Project). The Rainbow Lake Property is in northwest Alberta and is defined by 20 contiguous Alberta Metallic and Industrial Mineral Permits (173,990 hectares) of which the Company has 100% mineral interest ownership.
