Bank of Georgia Group PLC is a United Kingdom-based holding company. It provides banking and financial services focused on the Georgian and Armenian markets through banks, Bank of Georgia and Ameriabank. It provides banking, leasing, brokerage and investment management services to corporate and individual customers. The Company operates through three segments: Georgian Financial Services (GFS), Armenian Financial Services (AFS), and Other Businesses. Its Georgian Financial Services (GFS) segment mainly comprises JSC Bank of Georgia and investment bank JSC Galt and Taggart. Armenian Financial Services (AFS) segment includes CJSC Ameriabank. Its Other Businesses segment includes JSC Belarusky Narodny Bank (BNB) serving retail and small and medium enterprises (SME) clients in Belarus, Digital Area, a digital ecosystem in Georgia including e-commerce, ticketing, and inventory management software-as-a-services (SaaS), Bank of Georgia Group PLC, the holding company, and other small entities.
