Profile Summary
Prime US REIT (PRIME) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is investment holding. PRIME owns and invests, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing office real estate markets in the United States, as well as real estate-related assets. The PRIME objective is to provide Unitholders with regular and stable distributions and to achieve long-term growth in distribution Per Unit (DPU) and net asset value (NAV). The trust’s portfolio comprises of approximately 12 office properties (the Properties) in the United States. The properties include Tower I at Emeryville, 222 Main, Village Center Station I, Village Center Station II, Tower 909, Promenade I & II, CrossPoint, One Washingtonian Center, Reston Square, 171 17th Street, and Park Tower.
