Profile Summary
Whitebark Energy Limited is an Australia-based company, which is involved in oil and gas exploration and production in Alberta, Canada and oil and gas exploration in Western Australia. Its assets include Wizard Lake Rex Oil Field (Wizard Lake) and Warro Gas Project. It holds the Wizard Lake oil and gas field in the province of Alberta. It has drilled about three wells, such as Rex-1, Rex-2 and Rex-3, and facilities and export pipelines constructed, which bring crude oil, natural gas, and associated natural gas liquids to market. Wizard Lake has produced approximately 20,345 bbls of oil and 253,193 mcf of gas. The Warro gas field is located in Retention Lease approximately 7,200 kilometers (km) north of Perth. The project is located north of approximately 650 Terajoule per day Perth market and is 30 km east of both the Dampier-Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline and the Dongara-Perth Parmelia Pipeline, which gives full access to the 1,200 Terajoule per day Western Australian gas market.
