Intra Energy Corporation Limited is an Australia-based diversified mining and energy company. The Company is focused on battery, base and precious metals exploration to support global decarbonization and electrification for clean energy. It is focused on the development of two highly prospective and underexplored projects in Australia, including the Llama Lithium Project and the Yalgarra Project. The Llama Lithium Project is located in the prolific James Bay Lithium District in Quebec, Canada, and consists of 123 mineral claims and covers 6,305 square kilometers (km2). The property lies within volcanic sedimentary (greenstone) rocks of the Dalmas and Escale Formations. The Yalgarra Project is the Company’s flagship project targeting magmatic nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE mineralization, and is located 125 km east of Kalbarri, Western Australia in the northern sector of the West Yilgarn Ni-Cu-PGE province. The Company also holds an 80% interest in the Lake Johnston Project (E63/2039).
